CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged for your service(s). You can cancel an appointment on the website or by calling the salon. Please do not text or call the technicians directly. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before their start time will be charged 50% of the appointment value. “No shows” will be charged the full value of the scheduled services and/or gift certificate(s) will be forfeited. Note: services cannot be “downgraded” during the 24 hour cancellation window. You may receive the service(s) you have booked or of an equal or higher value.
